Following a contractual dispute between the dredging contractor Rohde Nielsen (Hong Kong) Ltd and Hyundai Engineering and Construction Co Ltd, for dredging and reclamation work for the Jerudong Park Marina Project, I was appointed to provide Expert Witness Services for Rohde Nielsen.

Between 1999 and 2000, Maddrell Consultancy investigated the tender and contract between the parties, determined dredged and reclamation quantities for payment purposes, examined the site investigation documents, analysed charts and drawings using GIS, assessed survey methods, wrote an Expert�s report and gave Evidence in an Arbitration in Singapore.
