Expert Evidence on behalf of the Client, AB Mazeikiu Nafta in an International Arbitration in 2002, concerning the conduct of the Consulting Engineers for the Design and Construction of an oil export facility. Primarily concerned with the Contract Document provisions for the Offshore Buoy, and provision of Evidence particularly in relation to the dredging and backfilling of the pipeline and the weather downtime, which involved a claim for over USD3 million, and the Engineer's conduct throughout.
